How to Submit an Application for a Soil Erosion Permit
  1. Download, print, and fill out our Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Packet by clicking below:

  • Save and email to Greg Dunham at gdunham24@gmail.com
  • Print and mail to 1501 N. State St. Gladwin, MI 48624
  • Print and drop in the Gladwin Conservation District lock box next to the office front door 
      *** PLEASE WRITE ALL CHECKS TO "GLADWIN CONSERVATION DISTRICT"
