Description
NovaSpy is a beautiful modern disease-resistant apple, developed from Northern Spy and Golden Delicious. It ripens in mid-October and the apples keep well in storage. The apples have a blushed red skin and clean finish. As might be expected, the flavor is essentially sweet, but has some of the tang of Northern Spy. The apples are excellent for eating fresh or cooking or juicing. Needs pollinator.
